Thank you for your support

Dear Supporters,

I'd like to personally thank you for all the support you have given me over the past few months. It was through the dedication of our volunteers, interns and the members of the community, that we were able to make a difference in this election.

We may not have been able to completely overcome the odds and win the Democratic nomination in this election, but we were completely successful in making this election about the issues and about the concerns of the members of our communities.

The concerns and troubles of small business owners have been ignored for far too long and thanks to your support we were able to bring those issues to the forefront of this election. I will remain dedicated to working on behalf of small business owners and for campaign finance reform.

I would like to thank Julie Hamos for running a strong, issue-based campaign. Her dedication to public service is inspiring.

I am proud to support Dan Seals in the general election. In Dan, I know the members of our community will have an advocate in Washington that will work tirelessly for our community.

I thank you for all that you have done and look forward to working with you in the future on the issues that matter to us all.
